How do you know if you need breathwork?

With so many external factors impacting our health, it can be hard to know what might be having a negative impact.

Our breathing can be both a symptom and a cause of illnesses, including stress, anxiety, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, and fatigue. Many symptoms of perimeopause are mimicked and amplified by dysfunctional breathing. It can also exacerbate your condition or symptoms, even when your breath is not the underlying cause.
