One-on-one functional breathing assessment

$120 | 1 hour Start with a one-on-one assessment. Your breath affects your energy, focus, and emotional state—but most people don’t breathe efficiently. In your assessment, I will work with you to:  

  • Identify your breathing patterns and their impact on your health

  • Begin a tailored program to improve your biochemistry, biomechanics, and psychophysiology

  • Start you breathing in a way that enhances mental clarity, physical resilience, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves overall well-being.

Functional breathing package: assessment + three follow-up consultations

$360 | Four sessions Commitment is the key to success. This discounted package is designed to help you commit and provides you with the detailed knowledge and techniques you need to develop functional breathing.

The package includes:

  • a functional breathing assessment

  • Three follow-up sessions will allow you to develop the skills that lead to long-term functional breathing habits.

With three follow-up consults, I’ll continue assessing your breathing and teaching you techniques tailored to your needs, helping you to develop the skills that lead to long-term functional breathing habits.

One-on-one follow-up consultations

$90 | 45 minutes—1 hour   Breathwork works best with consistency. Follow-up sessions help you refine your technique, deepen your practice, and ensure lasting improvements. Whether you're working toward stress management, athletic performance, or everyday breathing efficiency, I’ll help you apply what works best for you.

Group training

Price on application | Tailored workshops, seminars, and webinars Breathwork for teams, workplaces, and corporates .

One-on-one refresher consultation

$50 | 20 minutes   Need a quick reset? This session is designed for those who want to sharpen their skills, revisit techniques, understand the science behind breathwork better, or simply check on progress without committing to a longer programme.

All fees are in NZD and apply to online coaching. In-person sessions are available in Wellington or by arrangement.
