About me
I’m an Oxygen Advantage certified functional breathing instructor—in short, I’m a breathing coach. I have a Graduate Diploma in psychology, a master's degree in law, and a history degree. I’m also a DCA certified divorce coach.
Like so many professionals, I spent long hours at my desk trying to meet the unrelenting demands of my clients—until burnout caught up with me. My body felt constantly tense, my mind overloaded, and panic attacks were frequent. One day, I found myself lying on the cold stone tiles in the office bathroom, just trying to feel something. That was my wake-up call. Something had to change, so I stopped working as a lawyer and took a break.
Over time, my anxiety and depression improved. Still, it felt like something wasn’t right. Then I discovered functional breathing and breathwork—not just as a way to recover, but as a tool to transform my life and build resilience. It improved my connection with my body, improved my health, calmed my mind, and gave me renewed energy to return to work. Now I share what I have learned with others so they don’t have to go through burnout like I did.
