Do you offer burnout recovery coaching?
We offer wellness coaching programmes specifically designed for burnout recovery, stress reduction and breathwork training in person in Greater Wellington and online for clients located around New Zealand and the world. uces stress and anxiety by regulating the nervous system, reducing cortisol and adrenaline levels, improving sleep, enhancing focus and clarity, and promoting mindfulness. All of this creates a more balanced physiological and emotional state, enabling you to manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
Wellness and stress management programs - What do you offer?
I provide one-on-one coaching in Wellington and online to clients around the world. I provide group training through workshops at locations throughout New Zealand and overseas. I also provide training through webinars suitable for corporates, individuals, and medical professionals. For more information, check out my services in the services menu.
How does breathwork improve sleep?
Breathwork can help provide a deeper, more restorative sleep. Nasal breathing helps keep your airways open, reducing the likelihood of snoring and sleep apnea. Breathwork encourages relaxation and slows the heart rate. It improves oxygen efficiency and reduces stress and anxiety.
Can breathwork help manage the symptoms of perimenopause?
Along with improved sleep and reduced stress, breathwork can improve female respiratory health, offsetting changes to your breathing caused by fluctuations in and reductions of the hormones progesterone and oestrogen. Breathwork has even been shown to reduce the frequency of hot flushes.
How does breathwork improve athletic performance?
Breathwork improves oxygen efficiency, increases endurance, reduces breathlessness, improves mental sharpness when fatigued, and aids recovery.
Do you offer evidence-based breathwork techniques?
All of the breathing techniques I use are science-based and supported by research. Oxygen Advantage techniques focus on body biochemistry, biomechanics, and psychophysiology. I teach the techniques and the science behind them to ensure you gain the maximum benefits from healthy, functional breathing.
What credentials does your coach have?
I am an Oxygen Advantage Certified Functional Breathing Coach. I have completed the Oxygen Advantage Breathing For Females course and I am studying for the Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor certification.
I am also a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
Who does the coach work with?
I work with people with chronic stress and anxiety, professionals and athletes seeking performance optimisation, individuals with sleep disorders, as well as people managing concussion symptoms, high blood pressure, and autoimmune conditions.

What are your prices?
Prices (NZD) are as follows:
Breathing assessment - $120
Breathing package (Recommended: assessment + three one-on-one sessions) - $360
One-on-one coaching session (45 minutes to one hour) - $90
Sleep optimisation (45 minutes to one hour) - $110
Breathing for menopause and perimenopause (45 minutes to one hour) - $110
Group wellness programmes and corporate training - Price on application
Refresher session (20 minutes - existing clients only) - $50
